Hello! Welcome to the Blue Star Horizons. Thanks for being here. My name is Will Banning and I want to share my story with you.

San Diego, located on the stunning shores of California, is home to a plethora of ocean conservation success stories. Blue Star Horizons, a young non-profit organization, is going to be at the forefront of these initiatives.

Hello and welcome to the Blue Star Horizons. I am a 21-year-old who was born and raised in San Diego. I am currently attending the University of Southern California, where I am pursuing my Bachelor in Business Administration. I live in Rancho Santa Fe with my family of four, my three dogs, and my 11 Neon Tetras. This new journey that I want to invite you all on is the cumulation of hard work, an uplifting community, and an unwavering interest in the oceans that flow along my home. I know it's going to be a bumpy ride with lots of unknown horizons, but I can’t wait to start and give back to the oceans that gave me an amazing childhood. I hope you will consider joining me in helping keep the coasts in San Diego clean and free of hazardous materials. I hope to meet as many people who are interested in ocean conservation as possible to talk about new sustainable initiatives and to make new friends. I hope you all continue advocating for the environment and making sure we are the generation that turn around the negative impacts on the environment.
